Refund policy
At Luna Bleu Candles, each candle is hand-poured in small batches with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at lunableucandles@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for used candles or for scent preferences. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, your order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective items. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Shipping Issues
Luna Bleu Candles is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
