Processing Time  
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During holidays, sales, and new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time  
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Tracking  
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Addresses  
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Luna Bleu Candles LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages  
Luna Bleu Candles LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Warm Weather Shipping  
During warmer months, we are not responsible for minor melting that may occur during shipping. If your candle arrives soft, allow it to cool and harden before burning.
